Gulfstream provides all employees with a total compensation package. In addition to a competitive base pay, plus health, life and 401(k) benefits, Gulfstream employees also participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
Our incentive plan ensures that everyone receives a mutual stake and a mutual reward in the success of our company. Most employees receive an employee incentive award based on their work group's overall performance against key business measures. Management employees participate in an incentive plan that provides rewards based on the performance of the company and the individual manager.
Gulfstream provides all employees with the opportunity to participate in our 401(k) program — the General Dynamics Savings and Stock Investment Plan (SSIP). Employees can contribute up to 50 percent of their pay on a pre-tax or after-tax basis (subject to IRS limitations). In addition to the employee contribution, Gulfstream provides a generous matching contribution to employee plans.
